Where we deliver services to a client, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to all required platforms and accounts
  • Supply accurate product data, branding materials, and assets
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals or feedback
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable marketplace and platform policies

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website is owned by CopeUp LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may view content for personal or business reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.
  • Upon full payment, deliverables produced for a client under an engagement become the property of that client.
